Place ribs, meaty side down, in shallow roasting pan. Roast in very hot oven (450°) for 30 minutes. Remove meat from oven; drain excess fat from ribs. Turn ribs meaty side up. Lower oven temperature to 350°; continue roasting for 1 hour. Pour orange sauce over ribs; roast 30 minutes longer or until tender, basting ribs occasionally with the sauce.
