Prepare a clay or stone shallow baking dish with butter ( you can melt butter and swish around pan or rub down pan with 2 tbs spoon butter leaving excess in the pan ) Add the fruit and juices evenly to the bottom of the pan, pour over batter and bake 35-45 minutes in a 350 oven until golden brown. Serve warm with ice cream.
