Wash kale and tear leaves off stems and into bite size pieces. Crumble sausage from casings into large nonstick skillet. Stir over medium heat 3 minutes, until browned. Remove with slotted spoon to a plate. Add kale to skillet; toss for about 45 seconds until bright green. Stir flour into broth. Add kale. Bring to boil. Add tomatoes to skillet. Drain beans and add with crushed pepper. Add sausage. Simmer 3 minutes. Add to hot pasta.
