Beat Eagle Brand milk slowly. Add lemon juice. Dissolve gelatin in as little water as possible. (No more than 1/4 cup of water. If too much water, it will make it too watery.) Add to milk. Put in baked pie shell. (I usually let this set if I have time before adding strawberries.) Slice strawberries and slightly mash in milk. Not all the way to the crust or crust will be watery. Top with Cool Whip. Scrumptious.
