Abstract

This study was conducted to contribute to the vitalization of the food industry through future food tech analysis of 3D printing technology. Interest in the future food industry of sustainability is increasing in the 4th industrial revolution, and the global food market trend is developing food tech that combines innovative technologies. Research to converge with the 3D printing field and converge to various food tech fields is in progress, and it is intended to be used as a growth engine to seek the development of the food industry.
