Abstract

As a new technology, 3D printing technology, which integrates digital software and processing equipment, can achieve customized, printable and batch production of object constructions. In recent years, the 3D printing technology, combined with modern food industry, could provide nutritional and personalized food in time-efficient, personalized and sustainable way.
