Abstract
A microspherical NH2-MIL-101(Fe)/fructose-derived porous carbon (NM/F-PC) structure was synthesized through hydrothermal treatment and carbonization. The NM/F-PC was characterized through BET, XRD, FT-IR, SEM and EDX-element mapping and it was approved that NM/F-PC composite possess a spherical morphology with high surface area and n-doped microporous-mesoporous structure. The NM/F-PC was employed in pipette tip micro solid phase extraction of triazole fungicides (TFs) from food matrixes. The efficient parameters were optimized using central composite design. Under optimal condition, the method demonstrated limit of detections and quantifications of 0.01 to 0.1 ng mL-1 and 0.03 to 0.3 ng mL-1, respectively, a wide linear dynamic range of 0.03-1000 ng mL-1 and relative standard deviation of 1.1-9.7 %. The analysis of cereal and nut samples revealed TF residues with concentrations generally below maximum residue levels, and relative recoveries of 91.7-107.7 %; indicating that this approach performs properly for the determination of TF residues in foods.
