you can make teriyaki sauce very easily. check out the recipe here.. cut the pork into bite-sized pieces and shred the cabbage with a slicer. the more thinly sliced, the better. lightly grease a frying pan with some oil and stir-fry the pork over high heat for 1 minute. then add the teriyaki sauce and when it's cooked down halfway, stop the heat. place lots of cabbage on top of a bowl of rice, followed by a layer of cooked pork and sauce from the pan. then top the rice bowl with some finely sliced spring onion to finish.
