Squeeze 1 orange. Grind together pulp and rind of orange, seedless raisins and walnuts. In mixing bowl sift together flour, soda and sugar. Add shortening and milk. Beat for 1 1/2 minutes. Fold orange-raisin-walnut mixture into batter. Mix well. Pour into 12x8x2 or 13x9x2 pan which has been well greased and lightly floured. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes. Drip orange juice over warm cake. Sprinkle with 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.
