Add garlic, ginger, and pepper and stir fry. Add meat with marinade and stir fry until no longer pink. Add back vegetables and stir. Add stir fry Sauce and cook two minutes to heat thru and reduce without vegetables getting mushy. Take off heat and check seasonings: If too salty ad lime juce; If not salty enough, add fish sauce; If not spicy, add red pepper flakes or cayenne. Optional: Add cashews Add scallions
