Cut the sirloin into 1 inch chunks and put into a Ziploc baggie. For the marinade add the beef bouillon granules to the water and stir until granules are dissolved. Then add garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt and mix together. Pour marinade over steak. Seal Ziploc bag and roll bag until meat is evenly coated. Allow meat to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut peppers, onion, zucchini, and squash into 1 inch chunks. After meat has marinated place meat and vegetables onto skewers. Use a brush and coat each kabob evenly with vegetable oil. Heat grill to medium to high heat. Place kabobs directly on the grill for 12 to 14 minutes (this will give you medium done steak) turning often so all sides get done. Enjoy!
