Preheat oven to 350°. Dice artichoke hearts. Add shrimp, cream cheese, mayonnaise, picante sauce and Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through or microwave on High for 3 minutes. Garnish with red pepper and green onions. Serve with chips and assorted veggie dippers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups dip.
